# Visualize from ENCODE website

Hi-C experiments can also be visualized directly from the ENCODE website at <https://www.encodeproject.org/>. In the search bar at the top, enter `erez-aiden HMEC` On the left, click "Experiment" to filter.&#x20;

Click the experiment ENCSR380YQA and scroll down to Files. Click the tab "File Details".

At the left, under Filter files, click "mapping quality thresholded chromatin interactions". Then you can select any number and click the blue Visualize button. A new Juicebox will open with the selected files loaded.
